These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Augusta Store website
Augusta Store is the trading name used by Giovanni Trematerra, operating as a sole trader, at Flat 10, 63 Saint Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4JS, United Kingdom

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Returns and Refunds Policy and the Privacy Policy
Purchase requirements
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required to enter into the contract under applicable law
You must provide complete, truthful and up-to-date information, including contact, payment, billing and delivery details
You must not use false information, payment instruments without authorisation, or the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Products
Augusta Store primarily sells clothing and accessories
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that descriptions, materials, measurements, sizes, photographs and colours are accurate
The display of colours may vary slightly depending on the screen and device settings
Any manufacturing tolerances do not limit the customer's right to receive a product that conforms to its description
All items are subject to availability
Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee its availability until the order is accepted
Prices, markets and currencies
Prices may vary according to the country, market, currency, taxes, logistics costs and commercial conditions applicable to the selected destination
The binding price is the price shown at checkout before payment
Before confirmation, the following are shown:
- the price of the products;
- any discounts applied;
- shipping costs;
- taxes collected by Augusta Store;
- the order total
Future price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted
International duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import VAT, duties, customs charges or carrier fees
Checkout indicates when these amounts are included or prepaid
When they are not expressly shown as included, any amounts legally payable by the recipient may be requested during customs clearance or on delivery
Amounts that the law assigns to the seller or importer will not be improperly transferred to the consumer
Orders and formation of the contract
Before submitting your order, you can check and correct the order details
The automatic confirmation received after payment acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute its final acceptance
The contract is concluded when Augusta Store sends the shipping confirmation or another express communication of acceptance
Before acceptance, we may refuse an order because of:
- product unavailability;
- failure to authorise payment;
- delivery restrictions;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud;
- an obvious error in the price or description
If an order that has already been paid for is not accepted, the full amount will be refunded without undue delay
Payments
The available payment methods are shown at checkout
Payments are processed through authorised external providers
The customer declares that they are authorised to use the selected payment method
Augusta Store does not directly store full payment card details
Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 working days
Delivery times and other conditions are described in the Shipping Policy
Unless a different deadline has been expressly agreed before purchase, the order will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded
Augusta Store remains responsible for the products until the customer, or a person designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery and have a further 14 days to return the items
The procedures, costs, exceptions and refund timeframes are described in the Returns and Refunds Policy
Faulty or non-conforming products
Products must conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and safe under applicable law
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to time limits, availability, minimum spend, excluded products or other conditions communicated when the offer is made
Unless stated otherwise, codes:
- cannot be combined;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- must be entered before the order is completed
Codes obtained or used fraudulently may be cancelled
Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activities carried out through it
You must inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access
We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or unlawfully
Use of the website
You must not:
- compromise the security or operation of the website;
- introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
- collect other users' data without authorisation;
- interfere with checkout or payment systems;
- copy or commercially exploit content without authorisation;
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other original content on the website belong to Augusta Store or are used with the permission of their respective owners
They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law
Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may integrate external providers for payments, shipping, analytics, marketing and other functions
The use of these services may also be governed by their providers' terms and policies
Augusta Store remains responsible for the obligations that the law assigns directly to it as the seller
Website availability
We do our best to keep the website accessible and secure, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free
The website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security or technical problems
This does not affect rights relating to orders already concluded
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and infringement of mandatory consumer rights
Augusta Store is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of a breach of contract or a failure to exercise reasonable care
For purchases intended exclusively for personal use, Augusta Store is not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or business interruption
Events beyond our control
In the event of circumstances reasonably beyond our control, we will inform the customer and take appropriate steps to limit their effects
This provision does not remove the customer's right to a remedy where delivery does not take place within the agreed period or where the law allows the contract to be cancelled
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons
Purchases are subject to the version available at the time of the order
Subsequent changes do not retrospectively alter contracts already concluded
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and contracts concluded with Augusta Store are governed by the law of England and Wales
If the customer resides in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence
The consumer may bring proceedings before the competent courts under the applicable mandatory rules
Before starting a dispute, we invite the customer to write to giovanni.trematerra9@gmail.com to seek a direct resolution
